Farsightedness, or hyperopia, is a condition in which the image is focused behind the eye. This results in the ability to see far away quite well, but poor vision as the image gets closer.
Hyperopia can be associated with headaches with reading for extended periods if it is uncorrected. It can usually be easily corrected with glasses or contacts.
