ReZoom Lens

The ReZoom multifocal intraocular lens (IOL) from AMO is a multifocal lens implant which is placed in the eye at the time of cataract surgery. It is a very sophisticated lens which allows patients to see far, near and intermediate (i.e. computer vision).

Studies show that 92% of patients who have the ReZoom lens implanted in both eyes either never wear glasses or only wear them occasionally (usually for reading a long book or novel). The results also show that a vast majority of patients also do not rely on glasses for distance vision and a large majority are free from reading glasses.

World renowned golfer Gary Player has had ReZoom lenses implanted in both eyes and is a spokesperson for the ReZoom lens.
