About Dr. Vincent

Dr. Jared M. Vincent is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist and is a Fellowship Trained Cornea and Glaucoma Specialist.  He is originally from New Iberia, Louisiana and completed his medical school education at LSU School of Medicine in Shreveport, Louisiana.  He then completed his Ophthalmology Residency training at Tulane University Medical Center in New Orleans, Louisiana where he served as Chief Resident in Ophthalmology.  He then completed an Anterior Segment Fellowship at Tulane where he trained with some of the most renowned eye surgeons in the country.  Dr. Vincent then entered into private practice in Dallas, Texas at the Cataract Institute of Texas for three years.  Dr. Vincent is pleased to be in practice in Ruston and is looking forward to caring for the eye needs of Lincoln Parish and the surrounding parishes as well.

Dr. Vincent is married to Dr. Lynn Vincent, also a Louisiana native.  They have twins, Larsen and Ingalls, who are five.  Dr. Vincent and his family enjoy the Ruston community and the many activities Lincoln Parish has to offer.
